1/2kg Mutton
100gms Oil
100gms Onion
100gms Tomato
100ml Coconut Milk
3tbsp Vinegar
2tbsp Garlic Past
2tbsp Cumin Seeds
2tbsp Chilly Powder
2tbsp Coriander leaves
1tsp fenugreek Seeds
1tsp Salt
1cup water
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
Method:
-1.Fry cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds to golden brown without oil and powder them nicely.
-2. Grind onion and tomato to a fine past.
-3.In a pressure Pan add 100ml of oils , garlic Past,and the past of onion , tomato and fry well.
-4.Now add chilly powder,salt, turmeric powder ,mutton ,vinegar ,ground powder and water,mix well and put the lid and cook for 5 to 6 wishles sound.
-5.Open the lid and add coconut milk ,boil and serve with coriander leaves.

Prawn Pickle
Ingredients
500grms Shelled Prawn
250grms Gingly oil
200grms red chilly
200 ml vineger
100grm Salt
150grms Ginger(paste)
150grms Garlic(paste)
2tsps Cumin Seed
1tsp Mustard Seed
1tsp Fenugreek seed
1tsp Turmeric Powder
Method
1. Soak red chilly in 100ml of vineger for 1or2 days and grind to fine past using the same vineger
2. Fry mustard seed,cumin seed,and fenugreek seed without oil and powder them ,keep it aside.
3. Cook prawn adding salt and turmeric powder.
4. In a Kadai heat 1/2of the oil and lighty fry the boiled prawn till water evaporate and soak it in 50ml of vinegar for 1 day.
5. In the same oil fry ginger garlic paste till oil comes out.
6. Now add the fried and soaked prawn, chilly past ,remaining salt ,the powdered ingrediends, remaining oil, vinegar and heat on slow fire for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
500gms Mutton or chicken
100gms Curd
100gms Oil
100ml Coconut Extract
2 Cups Onion(chopped)
2 Cups Tomato(chopped)
2 tsps Ginger Garlic Past
2 tsps Coriander Powder
2tsps Chilli Powder
2tsps Cumin Powder
2tsps Fennel Powder
1tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Salt
1bunch Curry Leaves
1 inch Cinnamon
Method
-Add curd,salt,1tsp chilli powder to mutton mix well and marinate for 1\2 hr.
- In a pressure pan heat oil and add cinnamon,grind onion,ginger garlic past,coriander powder, chilli powder,turmaric powder, salt, grind tomato and fry well.
- Now add marinated mutton mix well and add 1cup of water, close the lid ,wait for 5 whisles.
- Open the lid after 20 minutes, mix well adding cumin powder, fennel powder,and boil for 5 minutes.
-Finally add coconut extract and curry leaves, simmer and serve hot.

Kulfi
Ingredients
5cups Boiledmilk
1tin Milkmaid
2tbsp Cornflour
2tbps Pista,almonds(chopped)
1/2tsp Cardamon(ground)
Pinch SaffronPowder
1tsp Essence
Method;
-Mix together milk and milkmaid. Bring to boil.
-Make a past of cornflour with 2tbsp water and add to the boiling milk continue stirring for 2-3 minutes.
-Remove from fire and add nuts ,saffron and flavouring.
-Cool and fill in Kulfi moulds and leave to set for 6-8hrs or overnight in deepfrezer.

Fried Chicken
Ingrediens:
1kg Small pieces of chicken
100grms oil
1cup Chopped Onion
1Cup chopped tomatoe
3 Potatoes(medium size)
2tbsp Ginger Garlic Past
2tsp Chilly Powder
2tsp Powdered Cummin,Garam Masala(each)
2tbsp vinegar
2tsp Salt
1tsp Turmeric
Small bunch Coriander leaves
Method
-Add chilly powder,vinegar ,salt and turmeric powder to the chicken pieces and marinate for 1/2hour.
-Cut potatoes lenghthwise ,fry goldenbrown adding salt and chilly powder and keep aside
-In the same oil fry 4 to 5 chicken pieces at a time to goldenbrown and keep aside.
-In the same oil fry cut onions,ginger garlic past and smallpieces of tomatoes till goldenbrown.
-Add cummin and garam masala powders, fried chicken one by one,add 1/2cup of water and simmer with closed lid.
-Finally add fried potatoes and coriander leaves and serve hot.

Energy Balls
Ingrediends
3/4litres Raw rice
3/4litres Groundnut
1kg Jaggery
300gms Fried Gram Dal
100gms Broken GreenGram Dal
100gms White sesame seeds
10gms Cardamon
1/2 Coconut
Method
-Fry rice to golden brown colour and coarsely powder it like rawa.
-Fry separately Groundnuts, white sesame seeds, broken green gram dal to golden brown.
-Add all the ingredients with powdered cardamon and coconut,cut into small pieces.
-Prepare syrup of one string consistency with jaggery and add to the mixture little by little to prepare balls.
