Kouji Paniyaram


Ingrediens:

100gms Gramdal
100gms Touvardal
100gms Mougdal
100gms Blackgramdal
1oogms Rice
300gms Oil
500gms Sugar
50gms Cashewnuts
50gms Raisin
2 Eggs
1tsp Salt

Method

-Soak dals and rice for 1/2hr and grind3/4th coarsly.
-Add beaten egg,sugar,cashewnuts,raisins,salt and prepare idly batter consistency.
-Add oil in the Kouji Paniyara mold and add 1 tabsp batter in each holes and turn golden brown.
